Uninor prepaid mobile SIM tariffs and calling plans

Indian Telecom industry is a very competitive market and with entry of a new player, it will be even more competitive for Uninor mobile operator, which has been launched recently. Uninor came with cheaper calling plans of Local Calls at 29paise/min and STD calls at 49 Paise/min.
Initially Company is offering two Prepaid Plans --

1. Talklonger@29paise/min

This pack doesn`t have any daily or monthly rental. But this includes a Call Setup charge which will be charged for the first minute of the call. So this is only useful for Longer duration of calls.

Call Setup Charge -- 39 paise
Local Call -- 29 paise/min
STD -- 49 paise/min

2. Callmore@29paise/min

This plan has a daily rental of 2 Rs, which is much higher in present scenario. To choose this plan simply dial *222*8*1# from your uninor mobile. This plan is good for the people who make more number of calls rather than making long duration calls.

Daily Rental -- Rs 2.00
Local Call -- 29 paise/min
STD -- 49 paise/min

Apart from these call rates National Roaming and SMS rates are common for both the packs

National Roaming
60 paise/min on Uninor and 1 Rs/min on others

SMS Local* (Uninor to Uninor) -- 100 free Uninor to Uninor SMS per day. Subsequent sms to be charged at 10 paisa/SMS

SMS Local* 10 paisa/SMS
SMS National 1.49 Rs/SMS

*First local SMS of the day would be charged at 99 paise.

You can enjoy Full Talktime on all recharges of Rs 100,150 ,200 and 300 as a limited time offer.

Receive 25% extra Talktime on Online Mobile Topup

It will be interesting to see about Value added services from the company. As of now there website doesn`t have any information regarding Value Added service. We understand, company can not launch everything in one day. It will take time for them to include new things. But we think more than calls Value added services matters. Like Cheaper GPRS plans have given Aircell a good start in initial Days. Because call rates are almost similar across all Telecom operators. Well Best of Luck to Uninor from FreeVcalls.
